The company is disrespectful, and Alibaba is siding with the seller, not the buyer. We have been demanding a refund for five months, but there has been no response, and we haven't received any delivery notifications. We haven't received the product yet. How is this possible?

Dear,Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for your frustration.To clarify the facts for other buyers: The trade term was CFR, meaning we, the seller, are only responsible for shipping goods to the destination port. As the buyer, you are in charge of destination customs clearance, taxes, duties and all local port charges. This was clearly stated and confirmed by you before ordering, and you affirmed your ability to handle customs clearance.
We have shipped the goods, provided all shipping documents and delivery proof, and the goods arrived at the destination port as agreed.As for your refund request, Alibaba reviewed the case and rejected it, as we have fully fulfilled our obligations under CFR terms. Paying your destination port charges, customs fees and import duties was never included in our agreement.
To all buyers: We are a responsible seller. Please confirm trade terms clearly before placing orders. We always keep clear communication and honor our commitments.
